Last October, R&B singer and songwriter Craig David, reached out to Wheesung to sing a Korean version of his song "Insomnia." Wheesung quickly accepted and now the Korean version of "Insomnia" will be released on the 18th.
Wheesung stated:
Craig David is an artist that I have always respected, therefore I poured all of my heart and soul into this song. To be able to sing the same song as Craig is a huge honor.
In addition, Wheesung's record label has been hyping up the track by stating, "Music fans who have become tired of the same old generic songs, will be in for an extremely refreshing and shocking surprise due to Wheesung and Craig David's union."

Wheesung is now back on my radar.
It's a great cover of a great song.
They're not too radically different, so people can't be like "Oh, well Wheesung is better just cuz he's Korean!!". They both sound totally alike, just in a different language.

Awesome cover! I love Insomnia and Wheesung so Wheesung covering it is a total win for me. However, his hair is a mess.
